Our Women Empowerment program focuses on creating sustainable livelihood opportunities through skill development and income-generation activities.
Agarbatti (Incense) Manufacturing Training
In partnership with Chandela Women Village Enterprise Center, we provide comprehensive training in agarbatti (incense stick) manufacturing. This program equips women with practical skills to start their own small businesses or join production centers.
Village-Level Production Centers
We establish and support village-level production centers where trained women can work collectively, creating economies of scale and sustainable income streams.
Program Scale
Our program is designed for scalability:
- Phase 1: 100 women trained
- Expansion target: 500 women
- Focus areas: Mirzapur and surrounding villages
Impact
This is not just skill awareness—it's income generation. Women who complete our training programs gain the ability to earn sustainable incomes, improving their families' economic stability and their own social standing within their communities.
Current Progress
Phase 1 training completed for 100 women. Expansion to 500 beneficiaries is underway.
